You can donate to PLA either by:
1. Donate by crossed cheque: Please make cheque payable to "Positive Life Association Limited"
2. Direct bank transfer or Internet banking transfer: Please deposit donation into the PLA bank account in Bank of East Asia : A/C No.: (015)188-68-001202
2.1 Internet banking transfer:
- ATM (Automated Teller Machine)
- FPS (Faster Payment System) 
Please mail the donation form together with the crossed cheque or bank pay-in slip or ATM receipt or Internet transfer record to the address of Positive Life Association Ltd.
